We are so lucky to have almost 10 volunteers and new ones interested in working with us! We’d love to have someone help with:
- Volunteer onboarding process – create a framework and assist our new volunteers in getting up to speed
- Interview process – create a process for how we track notes on candidates and coordinate with new volunteers, also conduct the screener interview
- Help create a central place for employee resources
- Keep track of benefits and perks
- Help team members feel a sense of belonging and help build team culture
- Work with our Sustainability Associate to drive sustainability into our culture
This is a volunteer role. Dedicating 5 – 10 hours a week would be ideal.
