We’ve grown so much, we have a lot of catching up to do and new processes to set up! Some of the challenges that need a solution:
- Our files are everywhere and not shared in a consistent manner
- What software are we using? Which software is paid vs free?
- Email policy
- New team member onboarding process (for IT)
- Other items we haven’t even thought of!
This is a volunteer role. Dedicating 10 hours a week would be ideal.
